IQNECT – Codebeamer AI #

IQNECT 1.4.0 adds enhanced refactoring, bulk analysis, and new admin controls for indexing and AI configuration, while fixing usability and rendering issues for more reliable analysis, refactoring, and trace interactions.

New features #

• Added new Enhanced Refactoring options to the already existing Autocomplete feature.
• Added a new Analyze All feature, where users can analyze trackers in bulk.
• Added a new Indexing UI feature, where users with Administrative privileges can use the Reports feature from Codebeamer to create a cbQL string that can be re-used by the new UI to invoke re/indexing.
• Upgraded the system configuration to allow more flexibility, reusability, and enhanced performance & quality of AI responses. These IQNECT Administrator enhancements include:
  • Writing Rules: Customizable writing rules to meet tailored responses matching specified standards.
  • Snippets: Reusable instructions for the AI engine.
  • LLM improvements that have increased response times, perform requests asynchronously, and configuration to improve the quality of responses per request.

Bug fixes #

• Increased the processing timeout for AI Actions (analyze, decompose, refactor) to 5 minutes. Note that even if an action times out on the client-side, retrying it will still use the original request, meaning that some actions that always timed out in the past are now possible. We are working on further improving this in an upcoming release.
• Improved logging for SSO claim mapping, making it easier to detect and troubleshoot errors.
• Fixed an issue where the default prompt template was used instead of the provided template.
• Fixed an issue where editing a tracker’s description in issue view did not trigger a new analysis.
• Fixed an issue where incorrect rendering occurred when minimizing multiple search windows and resizing the browser.
• Fixed an issue where the Resource Shape color didn’t match the Tracker’s assigned color.
• Fixed an issue where the Explore Traces feature was accessible for an unsaved decomposed item.
