Licensing Basis

< 1 min read

This document establishes the licensing basis and restrictions for IQNOX's IQNECT product. This document is incorporated into the INQECT terms of use governing your use of IQNECT licensed from IQNOX. In the event of inconsistencies between this document and the quote or order from in which you purchased the licenses, the quote or sales order shall govern.

Definitions #

  • Concurrent User ("CU"): each concurrent user license may be used by a single person from a pool of users at any given time. Concurrent user licenses are not aligned to specific named users, but rather a pool of users. Any user in the pool can use a concurrent license.
  • Registered User ("RU"): each registered user license may only be used by the specific person assigned to that license at any given time. Registered user accounts may not be shared by multiple people for any reason or through any technical means (e.g., password sharing). You may change registered user assignments at any time, so long as the total number of users is equal to or less than the number of registered user licenses.
